‘One Of Us’ is the cinematic final single from Ade. The NYC-based singer-songwriter and producer has decided to draw the curtain on his Ade moniker, and he has done so with an expansive pop ballad, influenced by 60s rock in its climatic moments, presented almost in slow motion in its more tender moments. The accompanying video is directed by Willem Holzer and stars Ade as a troubled bingo caller. He describes the track as “a little slice of life — an obviously bad date that results in a one night stand despite our participants’ better judgement, and the paranoia and moral hangover that ensues.” While ‘One Of Us’ is the last single from Ade, this is not the last music you’ll hear from this exciting, unique artist. -Dan Peeke
